Are your products pet-friendly?

It is imperative that candles and wax melts are kept out of the reach of pets. Do NOT place candles or melt warmers on floors or anywhere they can get eaten or knocked over by a wagging tail!

The fragrances used by Green Planet Candle Co have been created in line with International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards, which are there to ensure the safe use of fragrance ingredients. However, IFRA’s standards are aimed at humans, and they do not produce standards regarding the safety or suitability of fragrance ingredients in relation to pets.

Although the toxic effects from inhalation are rare because essential oils & fragrance oils are diluted in wax, pets with certain medical conditions (like asthma) could be at greater risk. Many essential oils, such as eucalyptus oil, tea tree oil, cinnamon, citrus, peppermint, pine, wintergreen, and ylang ylang are toxic to pets.

Any product that contains fragrance ingredients and allergens should include a CLP label. You can find a list of Green Planet Candle Co fragrance and essential oil ingredients by clicking on the names listed on CLP label information (https://www.greenplanetcandles.co.uk/clp-information)page. If you are unsure whether your fragrance product could be harmful to your pet, you should always contact your vet for advice.

NHS Staff Discount

If you can provide a clear photo of your NHS ID badge, you qualify for 20% discount (see exclusions below) when buying directly from Green Planet Candle Co's website.
 
So, whether you're in ITU, admin, volunteer or surgeon, if you work for the NHS and can provide an email photograph of your NHS ID badge, you qualify! Please note that you only need provide this evidence once and it is then deleted.

Can I order as a gift?

Yes you can! Your order can be dispatched to any UK destination (excluding Channel Isles & BFPO).

FREE GIFT MESSAGE
Simply add your gift message in the custom text field next to your chosen item. Your message will be enclosed with your order and will be themed according to the occasion eg. birthday, thank you, Christmas. An example is shown here.

No paper receipt is enclosed inside the parcel. You will of course, receive confirmation of your order via e-mail.

GIFT PACKAGING
For an additional £1 or £2 (per item) your candle, melts or set can include one of the following:

• Birthday/general gift wrap
 • Christmas gift wrap
 • Kraft box
 • Linen drawstring bag

Simply choose your gift packaging preference from the drop-down list on the product page and add your message in the custom text field.

If you require your gift to be posted directly to the recipient, simply add their full name & address in the shipping section at checkout, along with any additional instructions in the 'Add a note' box. Your own name & address should be included on the 'billing address' section of the order.

If you love to fragrance your home, office or meditation space throughout the year, then the subscription service is for you! You will receive carefully chosen fragrances to represent the seasons, best sellers and current trends at a discounted price! Each month you can look forward to a brand new fragrance. How exciting is that?
 
Some examples are: Velvet Peony & Oud during the summer; Dark Honey & Tobacco during the autumn and Christmas spice, Orange & cranberry in the winter. 
 
Green Planet Candle Co offers two types of subscription service:
 
 • Monthly Rolling Subscription (javascript:void(0))- A recurring subscription that will keep delivering candles or wax melts to you every month, at a discounted price, until you decide to cancel. Shipping is payable on top of the reduced product price, but it still offers great value with savings of up to 20%. Your subscription is dispatched as soon as payment clears.
 
 • Pre-Paid Subscription (javascript:void(0))- This offers a higher price reduction and makes a great gift for a loved one. You pay in one lump sum and can opt for either candle or wax melts delivered each month for a period of your choosing - either 3, 6, 9 or 12 months saving up to 35% depending on which subscription is purchased. The price paid includes shipping to any UK destination (excluding Channel Isles & BFPO).
 
Change of address
If you change address, simply email info@greenplanetcandles.co.uk (mailto:info@greenplanetcandles.co.uk?subject=Subscription - change of address)so your details can be updated. Green Planet Candle Co is not responsible for products shipped to an incorrect address and will not issue refunds or replacement items due to your failure to update in good time.
 
IMPORTANT
To purchase a subscription or access your subscription dashboard, you must login or create an account using the same email you placed your subscription order with. Promo codes & discounts do not apply and gift vouchers are not accepted in payment for the subscription service. It is not possible to buy a subscription along with another product at the same time. There will be no paper invoice or receipt inside your parcel but you will receive an information leaflet about your product.
 
You will receive confirmation of your order & payment via email so you can of course, choose to print your own copy if you wish to do so.
 
If you don't have access to a printer and would like to see a paper invoice, please request at checkout in the 'Add a note' box.
