Ylang-Ylang: According to a study published in the International Journal of Neuroscience, the soothing floral scent of Ylang-Ylang is said to help restore confidence and boost self-esteem, balance the mind and improve mood. Ylang-Ylang has a heady, aromatic scent that is fruity, flowery, and rich. This oil is often used as a top note in perfumes such as Chanel Number Five.
Note: Some wax melts are infused with dried Calendula petels - a perennial herbaceous plant in the daisy family Asteraceae (aka marigolds).
